How do we view the world? How does the world view us? Do we behave as expected, or accept who we truly are? And, if we could observe ourselves in an unguarded moment, what would we see?            Recombining forces with Composer, Marcel Wierckx and Lighting Designer, Niklas Pajanti, 247 Days also reunites the sublimely physical An Act of Now dancers, Leif Helland, Lauren Langlois, Alya Manzart, Niharika Senapati, and James Pham, with the addition of Helpmann-nominated dancer, Tara Soh. Rounding out the creative team will be Set Designer, Michael Hankin and Costume Designer, Shio Otani.            Presented in conjunction with Malthouse Theatre and as part of the 2013 Dance Massive Festival, van Dijk will transport her vigorous physical language to the Merlyn Theatre, exposing not only the dancers, but also the audience, to an experience that is exposing and revelatory – a dance work not to be missed.
